We believe however hard we may work it is important to follow some guidelines that keep the process professional and smooth thereby saving time and energy. Every project on board is filtered through a structured process that ensures every milestone be completed in smooth sequence.
We follow the following process for Website design projects.
The process begins
We ask you to provide all details you already have and explain your ideas. We listen to you and immerse ourselves in who you are. Based on your initial description we prepare a questionnaire through which we learn about you, your goals, service or organization. If we agree to work together we sign an agreement and schedule beginning.
The heart
Yeah…it’s the content of the website. Often it is the very starting point that you get delayed. But the content is the most important part of your site and it should be well planned and targeted. It is you who can best decide what story you want to tell and how. You can also hire a content writer who can help you building up the content of your site. We do not yet have content writers with us.
We ask you something that we term as the wireframe of the website. It is the most important part of the development process for us because it is this document based on which we will build the individual pages. It is supposed to be a word document that lists all the detail elements for each page of the website. We would like to mention that we do not take the responsibility to develop this wireframe structure though we are always open to give you suggestions.
Wireframe to visual design
We sum up all details that we have learnt about you along with the wireframe. This is when we come up with the first set of mockup or look and feel in PSD format according to your recommendations. Our job is to hold your viewers to communicate your message so that they can effortlessly get what they came for….and that’s by design structure and appeal.
We make changes based on your comments, refining and seeking the perfect solution. From our experience we suggest you choose the smallest possible team to judge our work. “Design by multiple minds” often leads to confusion and below average designs and thereby increasing the cost as well.
HTML coding
We use the latest technologies of CSS, XHTML or DIV design which are 100% Search Engine compatible and support web standards. Though our process is fluid, we recommend you finalize the design 100% in the PSD mockup process. Change requests on design are often tough once HTML coding has begun.
